About Me

Hi, I’m Kathryn

Based in Maidstone in Kent, I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy and my style is focused on empathy and respect. I will help you alleviate the pain, process your life experiences, manage your emotions so you can live a happier and peaceful life.

Are you finding that you are waking up each day feeling anxious or stressed? Is it affecting all areas of your life and working relationships? Do you just want the pain to go away, so that you can feel peaceful and calm. Are you having intrusive thoughts, that just won’t go away?

I will help you understand your life experiences and how they may have led you to be feeling unhappy, anxious, or confused. I believe that each person has the answers to their questions within themselves and by working together we will find those answers so that you can manage your anxiety and live your life not consumed by anxiety or trauma. So, you can live your life with a sense of control and purpose. Healing and growing.

I offer face-to-face appointments in Maidstone, or online and telephone appointments in Kent, London, Surrey, Sussex and throughout the UK.

My sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £45.

Alongside my private work, I work as a specialist therapist for a charity that works with survivors of sexual abuse or rape.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their ethical framework.

I have an up-to-date Enhanced Disclosure and Barring certificate, previously called a DBS.
