How do you deal with anger? There isn’t a one size fits all when it comes to anger. It has many forms depending on the trigger, how it is being expressed and what is actually going on beneath the surface of the anger.
What is Anxiety?
Have you ever had that feeling of dread in your stomach, but have no idea why? Have you felt uneasy but can’t understand why? Anxiety doesn’t ask for permission to be a companion, they just push in, like the unwanted visitor they are.
The Definition of Stress
Stress is a funny thing. It’s that feeling you get when you’ve got so much to do, but you can’t even find your shoes, let alone your motivation. It’s that constant hum in the back of your head which is your anxiety bubbling up.
Stress happens when you’ve taken on too many things, or when you’re in a situation that feels, too much.

When you get on a plane, one of the first things that happen before take-off is the safety announcement or video, it says that in the case where the oxygen masks come out, to put on yours first, before you help anyone else. This is a prime example of self-care. If you starve yourself of oxygen, you will not be able to help anyone.
