Mental health counsellor & Trauma Therapist

I offer a free 20-minute telephone session, so that we can decide if we can work together and how I can help.

I can offer face-to-face appointments in a relaxing and comfortable environment in Maidstone, Kent, or online or telephone appointments in Kent, London, Surrey, Sussex and throughout the UK.

  • We can all benefit from an outside perspective and the connection that comes with having a therapeutic relationship with your counsellor. My training can allow us to understand what you are feeling in a different way, than you would by talking to a friend or relative. No matter what your problems are, you do not need to deal with them on your own.

  • Therapy is a safe place where you will feel known and understood. It is a place where you can overcome any painful experiences or anxiety that you may have. Whether you are struggling with short-term problems or have lifelong challenges, we will find a way to tackle them. Together we will work to gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships.

  • By working together, we can create a plan for you to move forward. Having the space to investigate what you are feeling can help you understand and manage them. Your struggles may be preventing you from feeling happy, or having a sense of purpose, but it is possible to heal and grow. We can uncover the answers that lie within you.

  • If you often second-guess your decisions, therapy can help you feel more comfortable expressing your feelings and help to build your self-esteem.  If you have anxiety, we can work through it together and find the best way to help you cope with any triggers you may have.

The fine Print

 Initial Consultation

Free 20 minute conversation via phone or online. This can help determine what you want from therapy and if I am the right therapist for you.

There is no charge for this initial consultation.

Individual Counselling

Sessions are 60 minutes long.

They can be online, telephone or face-to-face in Maidstone.

Fees

Individual sessions are £55.

Fees are due via bank transfer 24 hours before session.

There are some concessionary fees available depending on circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice is required for any changes to session times or days. Please notify me by email or by sending me a message.

If cancellations or changes are made without 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, the full session fee is still required. You will be unable to book or attend your next session until all outstanding fees are received.
